Well as everyone knows the world as we know it is going to hell in a hand bag. So who could think of a better time to take almost 2 years away from work and just go for a bike ride while living in a van. No one knows if we are looking at a new normal or if everything will go back to the way it was a few short months ago. I've been giving an amazing opportunity from my work to "stay home" for 20 months at half base pay. I've decided to not stay home. Heading out tomorrow to my sister's cabin then continuing west for the foreseeable future. As abnormal as this world is the best place for me to be for my own sanity is on my bicycle. I hope to continue to keep my good mileage year going with a 100+ miles a week. Lately I've been getting over 200 miles a week, it would be nice to keep that going.
